Shipping
We use the US Postal Service for almost all of our shipping, typically Priority Mail for all domestic purchases. UPS is used for large orders (typically over $1000). We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $100. The following options are currently available:
USPS: Priority Mail, Express Mail
UPS: Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air
Domestic Shipping
- We typically ship within one day of order receipt. Many orders received before Noon Central time ship the same day. As we focus on creating the highest possible quality products, it can take longer to create certain products. If you need a more specific estimate of shipping times, please give us a call or drop us a note.
- We ship via USPS and UPS. We recommend USPS Priority for the best shipping value.
- The rates quoted on your order are best estimates. If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher, we will call you with the final total. If the actual charge is less, we will adjust your order total and issue a refund.
- Your order receipt from us will included the shipping estimate. The final shipping costs are almost always less than what appears on your order. Your card will be charged the exact amount we are charged by the Postal service. We do not add any handling fees.
- We offer free Ground shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
- For all orders over $100, an insurance fee is added covering the cost of the order, minus shipping.
International Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee delivery of any international package shipped via the Postal Service.
Postal service and UPS options are available. UPS is the most reliable and the fastest choice, but it is also the most expensive. We provide an estimate for shipping when you place your order. For countries we regularly serve, the estimates are fairly close to the actual cost. For other countries, we charge a US$40-$50 deposit when you place your order. We will charge the final amount when we ship your order.
- Please note, we no longer ship to Germany. German customs is blocking all of our shipments.
- Taxes and tariffs vary by country. They are assessed when your package arrives and are beyond our control. Customers who order from us regularly have an understanding of the specific issues getting our products through their customs office safely. The Postal Service (USPS) typically has the least number of customs issues, but can take longer to arrive.
- We ship to most countries. For International shipping, the buyer assumes all responsibility for delivery. We will do our utmost to assure that your product arrives, but due to a lack of clarity with the postal service in some countries, delivery cannot be guaranteed using the Postal Service. If a delivery guarantee, which is still not a 100% guarantee, is required, please use UPS. The process of receiving a refund for a lost shipment is slightly easier with UPS than USPS.
- There are no additional shipping or handling fees applied to international orders.
- The shipping cost provided at the time you order is an estimate. Once final costs are determined, your card will be charged at that time.
- For all orders over $100, an insurance fee is added covering the cost of the order, minus shipping.
- The Postal service is offering date-certain delivery using Express Mail International service to the following countries: Australia, China, France (except Monaco and Corsica), Hong Kong, Japan, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Spain (except Canary Islands), Korea, Republic of (South Korea), and Singapore. This service is less expensive than UPS, but the postal service does not guarantee delivery. If the package is not delivered, they will only refund the cost of shipping.

Returns
- Due to regulatory requirements, we are not able to accept returns.
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. A request for a refund must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Contact us if you would like to request a refund.
