Theo Lucier interviews Michael Leger

In September of 2025, Theo Lucier of ForgottenHealth.com interviewed aetherea owner MIchael Leger. Theo is relatively new to aetherea. He shared his initial experiences using several of the Tune-Up! products. (Hint – Greater vitality was a common theme.)

We discussed the following Tune-Up! products:

• Tune-Up! Restore Theo noted a creeping sense of world weariness before trying Restore, and how it helped relieve that feeling and the sense of renewal he felt after starting Restore.
• We moved into one of our newest products, one focused on improving oxygen utilization for endurance athletes, called Accel-R8. Theo is an athlete, one of his sports is freediving. His comments here are notable for the measurable impact Accel-R8 had on his ability
• Tune-Up! Heart was next on our list. Theo commented on his need to more deeply explore his heart and emotions and how he found Heart to be of immediate benefit. One of the issues we explored was of Heart’s ability to help open a connection to areas of ourselves that are harder to reach, somewhat similar to the effect of psychotropics, but without the forced context and hangover common to those tools.
• Next up was Tune-Up! Digestion. We discussed the multi-dimensional aspects of Digestion – it’s ability to help us ‘digest’ our experiences, our emotions, our thoughts. After the metaphysical discussion, we discussed Digestion’s practical value for assisting in digesting foods and food groups that might be problematic
• Amazonite was our next topic. Amazonite is one of my favorite crystal elixirs. It’s a great place to start an exploration of the crystal kingdom – from the inside out. One of Amazonite’s finest properties is its ability to help restore structural integrity – physically, emotionally and mentally.

After discussing these products, we had a more general discussion on how to talk about energetic products. Theo has a concept called the Mom test – Can I explain a topic like energetic products to my mom in a way that will make sense to her? Theo came up with an excellent description: Energetic products, like aetherea’s, provide our body’s native healing intelligence with the information they need to help restore health.
