Root Chakra – Optimize is a formula designed to help re-root our energies, returning them to the source within our bodies so that we can be replenished by them.

In our everyday lives, our root or base energies are taken up from their location deep within our ‘kidneys’, in quotes because our physical kidneys act as a container for these primarily non-physical energies, and used by our body and spirit to enable us to do the things we need and want to do in our lives.

In days before the modern era, there was time allotted to rest. Resting is what helps naturally restore these root energies. Unfortunately, time for resting has been vaporizing, particularly if we maintain 24/7 contact with 21st century technologies.

Vaporization is accelerated if we habitually use stimulants to get through the day. Coffee, tea and energy drinks directly tap into the root energies stored in our kidneys. The energy we feel from these drinks is the feeling of energy moving up and out from our body. If energy is not allowed to return to the root, we do not recover from our day, building up an energy deficit that creates a downward spiral that impacts all aspects of our being.

Root Chakra Optimize gathers these dispersed energies and guides them back to the root. Once re-rooted, they can begin the job of replenishing our body and spirit.

We begin by optimizing the root chakra via a proprietary aetheric method. We reinforce optimization by adding two crystals:

Red garnet – Red garnet is a paradoxical crystal. It helps develop fundamental warmth. The lack of this warmth can be felt in hands and feet that are always cold. This lack can also be seen in the cold-hearted.

The paradoxical part is that it can also clear Heat in the Blood. These two terms are capitalized per Classical Chinese medicine concepts. Heat in the Blood here refers to emotional blockages that hinder our continuing development as human beings.

Red garnet’s warming quality warms the heart, strengthening will power, self-esteem and motivation. This warmth quality goes deep into our root chakra, building the type of strength that helps us make it through the day. It also helps keep us balanced through emotional upheavals, persevering through adversity.

Jasper is included in this formula for its ability to clear blockages of many types. It is a gentle very deep acting stone who’s effects accumulate over time. In Classical Chinese medicine, Jasper opens blockages related to congestion of all types, blockages related to poor digestion, Blood similar to red garnet and poor development of fundamental warmth. It also helps move blockages related to the flow of Qi – fundamental energy – throughout our body.

8 & 13-sided Vogel quartz completes the formula. You might notice that we use this crystal in many of our formulas. It is a Harmonizer par excellence. It balances the energies of the other crystals, as well as the root chakra optimizer. It also helps to balance and clarify our own energy.

When the day’s gotten me wound up and I have trouble falling asleep, I use !RELAX, which is wonderful!
